You are invited to the M&R Forestland Management field day of the 2023 Cawthron Marlborough Environment Awards.

When: Wednesday 22 November 9.30am-12.30pm

The final field day for 2023 shares the work of M&R Forestland Management, winners of the Forestry category.

Learn how M&R Forestland Management works to protect waterways during harvesting with excellent planning and collaboration with logging contractors to reduce erosion, sedimentation and damage to waterways.

M&R Forestland Management has taken many positive steps to improve planning, freshwater monitoring and harvesting practices, and the collaboration with contractors sets a strong example for other forestry companies.

This field day includes guest speakers from Te Hoiere - different industries working together as leaders in catchment practices, for the benefit of the Marlborough environment.
